Are you looking for a cartoonist that can draw similarly just like the 40s Cartoons? Who also studied said cartoons?

I'm currently looking forward to work on a project, even a cartoony one or that's a tribute to the golden age of animation (Like say The Looney Tunes shorts, Woody Woodpecker, Terrytoons and earlier Disney works)
